Join us for Open Gym! A free exploration time where you can “Choose Your Own Adventure” in our gymnasium. Practice skills from classes, try new apparatuses, or join us for games and obstacle courses!
RANK SYSTEM
We break our students into colored Ranks, similar to the colored belt system of martial arts. Signified by a wristband or hero shirt.

HOW DOES OPEN GYM WORK?
You do not need to be a student at Firestorm to attend an Open Gym. All Open Gyms, both for Kids and Adults, are only $10! But it gets even better. If you a Firestorm member (enrolled in classes) then any Open Gym is only a Single Dollar! You can also purchase an Open Gym Monthly pass for $65.
This 2.5-hour time period is free of instruction. This is an open time for adults to come and practice their favorite disciplines and learn from other experienced athletes. All gym equipment is open for use during this time. Adult Open Gym fosters a community. Everyone from beginners to masters from all disciplines are encouraged to train, socialize, inspire, and be inspired.
