CLASS STRUCTURE

Every class is one hour long and follows this layout:


Mobility Warm-ups (0 – 5 mins)
Warm-up exercises (5 – 10 mins)
Class Specific Skill Training (10 – 45 mins)
Strength (45 – 50 mins)
Stretching (50 – 55 mins)
Cool down/Announcements (55 – 60 mins)

Our curriculum in all classes are designed to take any person, regardless of skill level, age, or body type, from brand new beginner to an advanced practitioner in a fun and supportive environment.

1:30pm - 2:45pm

3:00pm - 4:15pm
